How is it December already?! I didn't do too badly over the past month, got six more books to go though so I'm not sure that's going to be doable. Boo!

I would go for the book from 'over 100 years old'. It gives you 2 bingo's straight away.

It's more about completing the whole card than individual lines. I had a book in mind for the over 100 years old square but it turns out it wasn't as old as I thought so I'll have to find another one!

I've read the Fry one a few years ago - I wasn't too convinced.

In what way weren't you convinced? You didn't like it or you didn't believe it?

I didn't enjoy his style of writing in this one.

It is a more informal style, but it's quite similar to the way he talks, I think.
