It's been quite a while since we've had any nuisance calls but there was one a little earlier. The phone display showed an actual number but it wasn't a local area code so I wasn't quite sure who it would be calling.

Me: Hello?
*There's brief silence before the familiar sound of a call centre comes on*
Caller: Hello?
Me: Hello, Jean Grey School for Higher Learning.
Caller: Hello, I am calling from the Windows Service Centre about your computer.
Me: Oh right.
Caller: Yes, your computer has told us that you have many viruses. Are you seeing the viruses when you use your computer?
Me: No, I haven't.
Caller: Yes, you will see them on the bottom of the screen. Are you in front of your computer now?
Me: No, I'm not.
Caller: Do you do online shopping on your computer?
Me: Hmm, not really.
Caller: What do you use your computer for? For emailing and internet?
Me: Well, this is a school so -
Caller: *interrupting* A school?
Me: Yes, the Jean Grey School for -
Caller: *click*
