Oh snow

It has been quite cold this past week, but it's been particularly freezing today. It's currently 3°C but feels like -6, which is much colder than it should be at this time of year. Just to really prove that point, there's also a yellow alert for snow in place at the moment too. Rain around now-ish will be turning to snow later on tonight and

Thankfully this is just a minor blip and it's supposed to get back up to more usual temperatures at the weekend.

We've had the first snow today, too. It's November, it does feel right to me.

The UK doesn't tend to get it so early on, it's generally in January.

There was a little bit of sleet but that was about it. I really like snow, I just wish the UK was able to cope with it!

We live just below a ski resort and are hoping for a good year. After last year we are needing the snow!
