My blood test results are back already! I got a call from one of the receptionists at the doctors a little while ago and she said that there was a message from the doctor because of my testosterone level. She said it was high which was surprise number one. I asked for the actual amount because just saying it's high tells me nothing. Plus they kept telling me it was fine when it was seriously low so I don't believe them until I get the figure. The receptionist then said it was 31.3 at which point I was glad I was sitting down because I nearly fell over. That actually is high! That's almost the highest it's ever been!

I was told by Iffy that on gel, the optimum T level is between 15-20. On Testogel, it only got up to 11.8 so I switched to Tostran which is stronger. And how! I really did not think it would get anywhere near that level.

Now I have to wait till my appointment with the endocrinologist and see what he has to say. Presumably I'll need to lower the amount of Tostran I'm using (which is good, because then it'll last longer!). It's annoying that I can't do anything in the meantime because my appointment isn't till the beginning of April. I'd rather work on bringing my T down to a more reasonable level as soon as possible, not wait 6 weeks to do it. Ah well, at least I'm getting somewhere, finally! It's only taken nearly 10 years.
