I can't believe how long it has taken for me to post this. I've been so busy with work since I got back that I've not had much time left. It didn't help that I had four weeks to write up in one go, rather than writing a week at a time as I do when I'm in Boston. Anyway, it is finally all done and I've written a post per week, rather than putting it all in one very very long post unlike Michael.
