I just received an email from LJ with the most inadvertently hilarious and ironic content.
"Right now some users are experiencing difficulties with paying for Services. We hope it's a temporary situation. We appreciate everyone of you who has been with us all these years, so today we've decided to extend all existing subscriptions of Professional Package of Service for 3 months."
'difficulties with paying for Services'. Really?!? 🤦🏻♂️ 'We hope it's a temporary situation.' I think I've pulled a muscle from rolling my eyes so hard. I can't tell if they're being deliberately vague and obtuse or if they think everyone else is stupid. Although I suppose if the same message went out to the Russian users, they might not actually know what's going on given the ban on the news there.
Or maybe they're just trying to stop everyone abandoning the site and going to Dreamwidth...
