Straight thuggin'.

Good morning, everyone. I'm in a much better mood than I was yesterday. It's amazing what a little Starbucks can do. Speaking of which, I heard on the radio this morning that they're raising their prices. Um, WHAT. It's already like $9 for Rob and I to get iced chai lattes.

Robbiepants is off doing manual labor today. That's hot. He got to be friends with a regular at Lulu's, Clay, who owns a construction/remodeling business and needed some help on a project. Apparently he's doing some caulking and painting inside an old house. I packed him a lunch, complete with an "I love you" Post-It, and felt all wifely and stuff. The smell of his pastrami sandwich just about put me over the edge this morning, though. Pastrami is teh gross. I'm rather picky about lunchmeat, although I will admit to having a strong attachment to pickle loaf (or P&P loaf, or just plain thin-sliced bologna with little pieces of dill pickle and pimento strewn throughout).

I don't know why, but I feel really sad about Tammy Faye Messner (Bakker) dying. I really liked her on The Surreal Life... she seemed like a genuinely good, sweet person who didn't take herself too seriously. I mean, you'd kind of have to have a sense of humor to wear that kind of garish makeup for so long. I also like that her son, Jay, is a pastor with tattoos and stretched ears.

Rob and I have been listening to Mancow in the Morning on the drive to work. Wow, is he an angry DJ. Hilarious most of the time and on-point with many of his rantings, but I think he could benefit from a Coke and a smile.

I'm rambling. Time to work.
