just looking at all the people i know and stuff and realizing its like im back in high school again. amongst other things....

Well, yes, it is.
Many of them are the people who couldn't cut it in HS and were rather bitter about it and therefore set it up with them as the in crowd here.
Ignore those people.
Yeah, it's a soap opera. I have yet to find a single human society that isn't. Do you enjoy gaming here? If not, leave, but keep the good friends. If so, stay.
