Blargh!

I guess I'll get straight to the point with this one. Thanks to a horrible confrontation by my one Romanian colleague on Friday, my Mahashivratri celebration was, for a lack of better words, completely ruined.

I won't bore you with all of the minor details, but this girl has for some crazy reason been out to get me since my first day working at the Kindergarten. Apparently, and this she admitted to me, she has been leaving random piles of dirt and who knows what else around the Kindergarten (in the part that I never even go in for that matter), to TEST me to see if I just so happen to randomly walk by and clean it up, even though it isn't my job to do so. As she was telling me this, I didn't say anything at all. Just listened to what she said, knodded and went back to work. Then as I went to get something out of the back room, she is in there saying all of these horrible lies about me to another colleague, telling her how I do not do my job properly and that I do everything wrong. First of all, I do not have the same job as she doesn. I am there as an English Native Speaker and help out in the kitchen. Period. My biggest responsibility there is to interact with the kids in English. I am paid in full, just as each Pädagogin is there. It is not my job to go into other parts of the Kindergarten and clean hair out of drains or whatever she thinks I should be doing.
As she was complaining about me to this other woman, I just ignored it and walked by to get what I came for. She continued to talk badly about me, she said she does that on purpose because she wanted me to hear how she complains about me, I continued to ignore it because I do not like confrontations or arguments, etc. I went to pick up a cup to take into the kitchen and she wouldn't let me have it. A bit of pulling back and forth took place, then, I snapped and told her to give me the $%!/?!§ cup. She just kept talking and pulling it so I let go, took what I had came for and went into the kitchen. She followed and blocked me in the kitchen not letting me leave. Now, after getting all hyped up about this, me having fasted all day started to lose control of my body and began to shake quite a bit and it was rather difficult for me to talk in a one single language as well. She is in my face talking about whatever as I keep trying to as politely as possible with a raised voice tell he to let me through. She kept pushing me into the kitchen, so I took her arm, pulled her away from the door and went straight to the stand in for the boss downstairs.
Today, I went and met with the boss at a café across from the Kindergarten. She is for me 100%. If I say it, this girl will get fired right away and I will continue working. She has apparently been the couse of three other even more horrific arguments there before this one...including with the boss herself!! I could go to a different Kindergarten if I want or never go back at all. She gave me the day to stay at home and think about it. At this point, since leaving right away would be a bit hard on our budget, I will call the boss later and tell her that as long as that girl is not there, I will gladly continue to work there. Then, after we get back from America, I will start looking for a better job. According to Vedic Astrology, it is quite possible that the stars have a new job in mind for me in the near futue anyway; I think I mentioned that in my last post.
After getting home on Friday, my husband insisted that I break my fast because I was so emotionally and physically drained. I drank som water, ate an appled and a few spoonfuls of rice, then I fell asleep until Saturday morning.

In honor of Shivratri though, here are a few videos that I have been wanting to share :ॐ:
