I thought Yahoo had decided to ignore my last email, but no, I received a reply today, from James this time, not Matt.

Hello James,
Your reply didn't seem to make much sense. I wasn't describing a "feature", I was describing a relatively small series of animated gif files. Although I'm continuing to increase my collection manually, I am sure there are still some older images I have missed. I love the ostrich one by the way! Very inventive. I can't help feeling however that it's time for Liam to do something else (surely the ostrich - not to mention Liam! - is exhausted by now).
I remain optimistic that you can grant me this fairly simple request.
