Whewwwwww
What a week, it seems like it has been going slow, then fast, then slow. Mostly slow though when I am at work. Since I missed work on Monday I was planning on making up those hours the rest of the week.... yeah that hasnt' happened :P. I came in early on Tuesday and stayed late yesterday but I still have only make up about 2 hours of time of my 6 hours total that missed. Ooh well, I guess you'll have that.
I have had a couple of interesting things going on lately. I was out to lunch with the Blackledge and saw one of the guys that you use to be one of the summer band instructors from Kokomo. Now I consider him an friend for the fact that I use to go to his computer gaming place that he had in kokomo for a while and then have talked to him a good few times since moving to Muncie. Well he is working for a BSU incubator business named paragent here in Muncie and they are looking for a web designer. When I asked him what languages he wanted, he said they were looking for more of the design and not so much of the programming. So I think..... SWEET. So he told me to send him my new stuff and he would see what's up. So then I return to my office and Jomo (one of the guys that has another one of the BSU starter businesses) calls me and says he wants me to come in for an interview next week. Now I know with Jomo that it's going to start off as part time, which isn't really that bad because I could probably swing doing both the library and the job over there for a little while. I guess when it rains, it pours but I shouldn't get ahead of myself cause for all I know they both could turn out to be nothing. Since the school is dragging their feet a lot, I guess it's best not to wait around.
