I sang tonight in this performance of Handel's Messiah. I am not really a methodist or even particularly Christian, but this struck me as a church choir that I could get used to. I really do need to be moving on from Athens, however. Singing Messiah with a choir was a humbling experience, as I realized how little of it I had actually learned during all of the "sing-ins" which I had attended previously.
