I went back to kyudo this week. I am still embarrassed about shooting from the platform. But I'm getting better, and the club has bought more equipment so I no longer have to fight over gloves and bows. Although I cannot wear a woman's glove--my fingers are too long. So I share one with Matt.
Miyajima talks to me now. Mostly in Spanish, but he speaks. This is very weird. What made him decide it was okay to talk to me? Not that I'm complaining, mind you.
Not excited about the Japanese speech. The class is fairly demanding. The grammar is all fine, but the vocabulary just kills me. And kanji? Don't even get me started.
This is not a very interesting post. Why am I writing this?
