The whole fic carries a warning for brother/brother incest (present in more or less every chapter, at least implicitly), a depiction of a physically ill/unhealthy character (the illness hasn't been named, but symptoms include becoming tired easily, physical weakness, fainting spells, nausea, dizziness, etc), and a society characterized as homophobic, anti-sex, sexist, virulently racist against Muggles/Muggle-borns, and generally uptight and old-fashioned (think Victorian).  The plot also contains infidelity and arranged marriage, which I have not marked, as the effect of these situations is central to the plotline and spreads across multiple chapters.
