You know something that kinda bothered me in this fandom? The way most Americans seem to dismiss it as something "only popular with Mexicans" (yeah, thanks for erasing me and every other Brazilian who was a child during the mid nineties). TV Tropes is exceptionally bad with that.
It's definitely not what I see. (
Warning: rant. )
And Pierrot did a great thing by making you post your stuff >3 Your art is great exactly because it's crazy awesome (but I'm biased, I love androgyny/guro/surrealism, and there's too much vanilla in this fandom), unlike their stuff which is just crazy "what the hell were you smoking to think it was even a remotely good idea to commission this travesty". (Yes, they commission stuff. When I discovered they spend money to see their sues bonking their favorite gold saints I went like ヽ(`Д´)ノ!!)
ಠ_ಠ I wonder how old these girls are... I mean, I was eleven when I went through that phase of "claiming bishounen" and creating Sues to interact with them. My consolation is that they'll regret so hard when that phase is over. Sad thing is that the older ones don't seem to create Sues; instead they get the closest available female character (usually Shaina -- poor girl's so bastardized) and then whore her around her favorite Saints. x_x
And yeah. We probably should stick together, and I really need to dump my older stuff in here and HOSHIT I'd be insanely honored to do a trade with you! ;w; I have no idea of the netiquette of an art trade, so I hope I'm not making any faux pas by asking you what you'd like (っ・ω・´)

2. Either is fine, but I think a pairing trade would be great. :D Who would you like Mime to be with?
3. *COUGHShaka/MuCOUGH* Erm. My vision of them is probably much different from the whole ~angelic-zen~ fame they have around fandom, so please don't feel like you should tone down your style.
(I don't even know how they got such fame, since they're clearly both sadistic bastards -- Shaka a pompous mindfucking sadistic bastard; Mu a passive-aggressive manipulative sadistic bastard *coughs*)
re: ps.: Oh man, this coming from you is a huge compliment ;^; Thank you so much. I just haven't posted my older stuff here because I'm a lazy fuck |D I'm not active on Pixiv, though. I wish I participated more in the japanese fandom in general (because it looks so damn fun) but I don't because -- you'll choke me for that -- ...
I'm shy.
No. Really. "XD I can understand a fair bit of Japanese, but I'm probably terrible at writing it, and I just fear I'd end up making a huge fool of myself in the process. And I don't use English because I don't know exactly how tolerant they are of dem stupid gaijin in the fandom orz I'd probably feel like I'm intruding.
re: pss.: Agreed on all accounts. >3 I love the whole confusion and cognitive dissonance aspects, though. Whether it's a man in a corset and thigh-highs and a lady in a pinstriped suit, or just someone you can't even define as either, I think it's all amazing.

Marry me now? Shaka is one of my favorites exactly because he's terrifying. The guy commands you to kneel before him and revere him as a god as naturally as if he were asking you to do the dishes. You know he's hardcore because the ~kawaiiest~ thing he's ever done is writing a Buddhist lesson on petals with his own blood. How every single action of his seems to be loaded with symbolism, and yet his religion is hardly his only motivation... I think he's fascinating. But because he's an ~innocent and timid Virgo~, with a cosmos ~pure as a blooming lotus~ and dies in a garden full of flowers, he's suddenly a little prissy damsel uke, wtf. D: I don't like them together for being so ~wholesome~ and ~good~ -- the goody two-shoes role is Aiolos', both Mu and Shaka are much deeper than that. u_u
Haha, it's a bit hard to explain what draws me to them... I think I just like that whole "look, even our Brothers get creeped out by us and keep distance, but we seem to get along just peachy" vibe. It's a bit more complex than that, but I could write an essay on that if I don't watch myself... 8'D That, and I found the whole rosary sequence one of the most ridiculously romantic things I've ever seen, but shh. And they really lend themselves to kinky stuff. Come on, you think they wouldn't make use of reality-altering mind powers, psychokinesis and the aforementioned rosary beads?
I'm already giggling like a schoolgirl here, ohoho~ Don't worry about Mime/Thor being gross, Thor isn't ugly, he's just a big guy! T^T And drawing muscles is fun, hee. My problem with Asgard is that -- besides the whole problem of Odin being subordinate to Poseidon -- I think it differs too much in tone with the rest of the series :x The characters felt too short-lived for the amount of backstory they had... which really did amount to nothing in the end :~
