Hmmm... Recap of my exercise adventures for the past...I dunno:
-Tennis. Lots of it. Thank you warm weather
- A lot of crunches. Agh. I need to take a break from them once in a while. My muscles in my stomach or whatever just are screaming in pain. But its definately a good pain!!
- Lots of jumping jacks and other smaller exercises
- Walk aerobics! they are quite fun! Its something i've discovered on ExerciseTV. And its the best thing I can do since some of the cardio is still a little dificult with my back.
And the main thing...
Lots of DDR! I've been trying to keep up with a 30 - 25 minute routine everyday. It is a good stress reliever (ugh...damn school. 2 finals, term paper, and 2 tests all in the upcomming week. I need lots of strees relief)
I've been trying to keep everything new, but DDR is always fun. And its been nice since almost every day this week it has been raining or storming, so its a nice exercise I can do outside.
And when i'm at the store, i've been looking at some other exercise games like Kinetic. Maybe once I get some money I'll buy it and try it out. =D
I plan on doing maybe 40 minutes tommarow...I hurt my back a bit at school and just was so tired I just didn't really do anything today besides some crunches.
aah...this sounds like a big drabble. And hardly gamercising. Sorry!
