Silly Goose!

I just got done doing 15 minutes of DDR Extreme 2. And I did 40 crunches on my exercise ball...and that has been the first crunch or anything pushuppy/sittyuppy thing i've done since last october becuase of my back. I am TOTALLY proud of myself but I am still going to go easy with my back.

My mom comes home from ork at like 5:20...and my clock said it was 4:30...so I got done to working out and I went on the internet for a bit...and glanced at my clock on the screen since i was wondering where she could be...I realized my alarm clock which said it was 4:30 was an hour and ten minutes fast.

*dead*

If I had known that I would have done 30 minutes but I already put all my stuff away.

But I do plan on doing some exercises on ExerciseTV on demand. hehe.
