Beyond The Gate -- A Dark Alliance RPG
It’s been a year and a half since five very different and very unlikely heroes defeated the vampire Mordoc SeLanmere and destroyed the Onyx Tower for a second time, saving all of Baldur’s Gate in the process. After this triumphant and hard won victory, they were separated from each other, with each going his or her own way to use their newfound wealth, fame and power to aid them in their own personal quests, and have had little to no contact with each other during this time.
Now, however, as mysterious assailants materialize out of thin air and attack them with strange weapons and unusual magic, they are being brought back together to combat a new power, one which is not necessarily evil and whose plans extend far beyond the Onyx Tower…
This time, controlling Baldur’s Gate is not the main goal of the mysterious antagonist, and even the five heroes, as powerful as they are, will need to call in some of their allies to help, and even then it might not be enough.
Old friends, new enemies, constant struggle. It all lies Beyond The Gate.
