Yummy simple dinner last night. Here is what I made
Chicken Stir-fry
1 package frozen stir-fry veggies
1/2 cup Kikoman stir-fry sauce
2-3 chicken breasts cut into tiny pieces
2 Tbsp. oil (veggie, canola or corn) divided
Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce to taste
Steamed rice (white, brown, or instant, whatever floats your boat)
Saute cup up chicken in 1 tbsp of oil until cooked through. Set aside.
Saute frozen veggies with 1 tbsp of oil, use Bragg's liquid aminos (or soy sauce) to taste. When veggies are heated through and their texture is to your liking, toss the cooked chicken back in and pour in the 1/2 cup of stir-fry sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes tossing thoroughly and serve over steamed rice.
Brutally simple dinner. You can substitute the chicken for any other meat or tofu even. You can also substitute the stir-fry sauce for terikyaki or bbq even. Heck you can even change up the meat :)
