Today I signed up to run a 5K race on July 21! What have we did?!

Today was my final day of Couch to 5k. That makes it the third time I have run for 30 minutes without stopping - though if my pedometer is to be believed, I actually ran about 2.6 miles in that time which is just short of the 3.1ish miles that would make up 5k.
