Do you want to hear my band play some music this weekend? If so, you have two chances to do so:
Friday, February 19: The Coffee Grounds, Falcon Heights MN
Acoustic show starting around 7ish p.m. and going for a couple of hours. All ages, free, tips welcome.
Saturday, February 20: Sacred Paths Center, St. Paul MN
Acoustic show as a benefit for Twin Cities Pagan Pride from 3-5 p.m.
I don't think we're actually making a set list for either of these shows, because we are lazy. So come with your requests in mind! (c:
On a different note, I would recommend not buying any Philips LCD TV unless you enjoy shoddy workmanship that blows out two separate small signal boards in less than four months, and customer service that refuses to acknowledge their responsibility for the suckitude of such.
However, I would unreservedly recommend Alex Audio/Video in New Hope, Minnesota for your electronics repair needs, since they actually take enough pride in their work and reputation to make up for the fact that their repair went bad less than a month out of the warranty period, and to be willing to try to find a work-around. Even if they can't find a part for less than the very reasonable $190 they previously quoted me, they're good people up there for even trying, so I'm doing my part to spread word of their awesomeness where the whole internet can see it. They deserve your business for sure.
Okay, back to work now.
