So the Jonathan Coulton show was awesome, and all of you except
emiofbrie and Dana and Dana's roommate whose name I can never remember (who probably have LJs but I don't know about them) are sucks for missing it. Not only was it unbelievably entertaining, I learned a lot about performing from watching it, since I've tried to cultivate a performing style very similar to what Jonathan Coulton. But here's something I didn't know about the show:
HOLY CRAP, ON THURSDAY I WAS IN THE SAME ROOM AS NEIL GAIMAN. *falls over dead*
...and then revives, because I have to go record today. I figured out how to play bass, I hope, I think, because I have to do that on a bunch of tracks today. I also have to figure out how to get my bass amp down the stairs. Not doing so well with that yet. Wish me luck on both counts (the amp-moving and the bass-playing).
