Is it just me, or is JT's writing ability actually going downhill? Also, why would he let his opponents know what he's going to do? How is that good legal thinking?

I'm sure there's a certain amount of "in your face" with this news in regards to game sites.

Also, I'm quite the mainstream will cover the announcement.

Yes it does seem his writing has gone downhill - which is probably why people didnt think it was JT when he posted a vague message about this on Joystiq last night.

I fully expect that by the sixth go-around with these lawsuits, Thompson will be reduced to "JUSDIE ZELLLLLO!!!" territory.
