Sorry the results for cardnival aren't up yet, but lj has been up and down for me the last couple of days :( Hopefully will have them for you later this evening!
Meanwhile, there are a few changes happening. I DID take into account your feedback, but i still can't please everyone so here is a run down on some of the changes we're making. (with some explanation why)
We will be keeping a points cap, but increasing it to 2500. Most people seemed happy with the points cap, and the points cap isn't there it make things fairer on teams - it had no effect on the overall outcome of the points standing in the end. Its there to make sure people don't get overwhelmed and try to do everything at once and get burnt out. It also means that people CAN pick and choose what they want to do, without feeling guitly. If you want to reach the points cap, you're likely going to have to SOME things you don't want too, but shouldn't have too.
I mostly explained this in the other post, but you'll be earning crowns alongside your points. You can use these to spend in shops, or convert them. Going forward we'll maybe have more uses for crowns, but it depends.
Shops also have some changes. This is 100% so that everyone can have a shop, there are less rules on shops and they don't effect the overall points too much. Its ok to avoid them, and its fine if you don't use your crowns. More rules on shops can be found at buy_cards, and you can see an example of my new shop here if it helps!
Battles will have a couple of changes, you no longer are limited to 50 points a week, but rather 300 points a month. This means you can do more large battles, and you can be involved in more than one finishing the same week. Weeks will be numbered on the spreadsheet as well to make sure you can track each "monthly" period. Please be aware that the last month will include a cardnival like week & a week off. (much like this phase).
I don't have any rules in place if you are bailed on a battle, but please come and talk to me if that's the case.
Clubs (book, comic, etc) kinda fizzled and failed this phase, but i'd like to pick them back up. hopefully lol.
When updating the open challenges post i'll also make a comment to that post. If you want frequent reminders, feel free to track that post.
