Random Alarm Callout O_o
Meant to mention this cos it was pretty random XD Monday night..12.15am, Mum is downstairs as usual watching tv..as for me, I'm sitting up in bed with a fluffy kitty lying on my leg watching an episode of Tsubasa Chronicles, and the phone rings.
For the phone to ring so late at night is normally anything but good news and so the first thing that pops into both our heads is my gran whos been rather poorly lately..but luckily it wasn't her..but a call from Blockbusters alarm company saying the one in my mothers shop had been going off for a while, theyd already tried the manager but apparantly she wouldnt answer..even though we know she's currently on holiday but at home..so this was the first time mum has EVER been called out to an alarm call in the 22 years she's been working there.
Anyway, she came upstairs after the call and I asked what happened and she told me she had to go out to the shop..but her having arthritis and going into town in the middle of the night on her own didn't sound like a good idea to me so I offered to go with her which she gladly accepted, so I had to quickly leap out of bed and grab some clothes then go out with her to the shop....I may as well mention Molly did not move from her spot at all when I left nor did she move when I came back XDXD
So we're walking into town..which felt more like a ghost town..not even any drunks, nothing, just silence o_o; well...except for the alarm when we got closer..there was me hoping it'd be some breakin and thered be a police investigation and we'd be questioned and stuff XD but nope.,.some poster had fallen and triggered the beam and that's what set it off, exciting stuff -__-
