I'm against the government putting guidelines on what people can and can't do with their own body. My first memory wasn't really until I was about three or four...so I think anytime before then should be fine...what term would that be considered?

no, but there haven't been any female candidates run yet that I don't think would ruin the world.
[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
yes, but only because keeping prisoners with multiple life sentences alive costs an absurd amount of money. Sure, I want murderers to suffer just as much as the next guy...but I'm not willing to pay for it.

yes. I have never smoked, and probably will never smoke, and legalizing it won't change that, and I think I speak for most people. People who want to smoke marijuana will. People who don't, want. I want it to be legalized so that all those pro-marijuana legalization hippies will shut the hell up.

Ok, now I know America was basically founded this way, but our ancestors had a WWAAAAAY harder time than Hispanics do. They spent months on a leaky boat with little to eat, many dying on the way, only to get to a place where there was nothing, and they had to build everything from the down up...it's not quite the same as hiding in a dashboard and being handed a job building decks by standing in front of Best Buy. Now my idea, as this is the controversial survey after all, is to make it very clear that anyone caught illegally crossing the border will be shot upon sight, or upon being discovered. Sure, this won't change anything...at first. But as soon as enough people get caught, word will spread, and then only the most clever will make it across safely, and they might actually be able to add something to society.
[11] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
she should have to pass a test to see if she'd be a fit parent. If not, the child goes up for adoption. Is it fair for the baby? Maybe not, but in the long run, it's safer than putting her in the hands of a potentially catastrophic twelve year old mother...besides, the twelve year old's mom would probably end up raising her anyway.
[12] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
no. I hear less bitching about the drinking age than about the marijuana thing, and I'm older than 21 now...so honestly I don't care...but as a sidenote, I think the age to buy cigarettes should be 21. Just putting that out there.

yes. I honestly don't know enough about the war to give a well reasoned argument as to why, without sounding like an idiot, but from my point of view, it was stupid in the first place, and it's gotten increasingly stupider the longer we've been there.

...is this an opinion question or a true or false?...Yes, I agree that assisted suicide is illegal. As far as whether I think it should be, I think it should be legal if there is documentation proving that it is what the person wanted...some document kind of like a will. Once again, it's their life. Let them live it. If they don't want to, don't make them. Who are you to decide what they should do with their life.

I was occasionally spanked as a kid, and I can quite honestly say that I really needed to be. I would have been such a brat now if I hadn't have been. So yes, I believe in it. Would I be able to? That's another question entirely.

are you kidding?! For one million dollars?! I'm going to be completely honest here people, there is very little that I wouldn't do for one million dollars. Burning an American flag is definitely not beyond me for that amount of money. I honestly think that it would be irresponsible NOT to burn a flag for that kind of money. Think of all the good that could be done. You could buy TWO flags with that money, and still have enough to donate over $900,900 to charity! It's not like I'm burning my country by burning the flag. The flag is a meaningless piece of cloth. It serves as a reminder of everything our country stands for, but one flag doesn't stand for it any better than another flag, and with the money I get from burning the first flag, I'd definitely buy another flag to make up for it.

I honestly don't care. I hate the election process with such a passion that I can't even describe it here. I think Obama is a good guy, but that doesn't mean anything. That is just the extent of my investment in this election. While on the subject of this whole survey being controversial though, I'm telling everyone right now that I'm not voting this year. It's not that I don't care, or I'm gonna forget...I'm making a conscious choice not to vote. Despite what people say...my vote really doesn't matter. And that annoys the shit out of me.
