I remember BS-ing a book report on that book in high school. I didn't read the whole thing, just the first few chapters and the last few chapters. I filled in the rest based on an episode of Wishbone (Cliff's Notes for kids, by way of a with a talking dog).

Well, it definitely made the claim that the characters were identical seem even more contrived... lol
