(well, whatever. I never liked Nathan so obviously I was happy when he died, but I was sad Peter was sad and that Sylar felt bad?)

Yeah, I don't think enough is made in Petlar of the Peter's feelings for Nathan. It's a tough subject to broach when the genre is directed towards ignoring that and getting to the sexytimes. But it's worth putting out there sometimes because it really builds the tension and drama in their relationship.
