Aw, that's cute! And what a threat, to remind Peter that Sylar can think about him anyway he wants. Ha! That's bound to inspire some paranoia.

And it was an Italian client of mine who said Italians don't like to be mocked, embarrassed, or made fun of. As far as general endearments, my BF's have loved using them.

Yeah, Peter would be fine with being called an endearment that Sylar meant. And meant in a good way. But I think even if Sylar has started thinking possessive and possibly even affectionate thoughts about Peter, that he's mostly mocking here with the 'Sweetie' business.
