I know we say "poor Peter" a lot, but 'poor Nathan' needs to be said, too. How disrespectful to have his body and his name treated like that? Swept under the rug
( ... )
its all a joke. Then Sam's look of 'heh heh...you didn't see that' Sylar's face just kills. He's blank as a effigy yet he's getting the laughs - that's talent.
Yeah, Samuel's little 'save everyone! But not really!' was so freaking fake.
That answer the question of whether Sam can access his abilities while touching ground or not.
Poor angry/sad Peter there at the start of the episode. He is so, so angry, too. That face! That's the face of 'I want to kick someone's ass SO BAD, but I can't.' He's a bit damp under the eyes, too. Noah really looks him over. He's so stiff and disconnected at the wake.
I love this demonstration of Samuel's power, showing that the formation of tattoos on Lydia's skin is partly his own ability.
Samuel: "Get everyone to safety." What the hell? Seriously? NOW you're worried about the guy? What happened to 'you're part of the family?' What happened to 'join us'? No attempt on Samuel's part to negotiate? To try to understand? Just a complete acceptance that Sylar's not one of them anymore? And what safety does he think he's going to gain for his people by gathering them up? Why not have them all come forward to defend against the menace?
'Fun'? 'Fun'? Did Samuel seriously think Sylar came back for 'fun'? That's insulting!
"Everybody has big plans for me. I think that's all they have."
Samuel grins at killing Sylar. First time he's killed someone and didn't care. Also, canon-support for my theory that telekinesis has a hard time dealing with dust/air!
I'm glad Claire calls Noah to task for what he did. I'm also glad that Noah gives his reasons. I don't agree with them, but it's nice that he gave them.
Peter ... staring out the window. He is so pissed at his mother. Peter hugs Claire immediately, without reservation. He loosens his collar, admits to his feelings. What a difference from how he handles Angela! And I love that they work in the mention of Peter still having Rene's power.
