I haven't been doing much writing recently, but I've read another book. It's In Sheep's Clothing: Understanding and Dealing with Manipulative People, by George Simon Jr. This is the revised edition of 2009, with 170 pages of large, space-and-a-half spaced type, using small words and an average of one typographical, grammatical, or punctuation error ( Read more... )

I'm not sure I would want to read that either.I've run into so many assholes at this point it's hard for someone to sweet talk me or get by with alluding they never directly own up to.Unfortunately,I also know what passive aggressive is too well because my mother always got the best of people by those manners(not necessarily the best of them, but the best of any kind of nerve or sanity they might have had before they did something to set her off...).Even though I am well learned in how to use it against others,I have never been tempted to go that route myself.I am sick of hearing so many people who claim to be understanding and forgiving, that only insist I do the same and enable so many assholes in the process...I'm not fooled, but I often don't see much reason to have much to do with most people and get accused of being anti social as well.....words of the wise,to hell with it all!:)
