Yes! Peter as the embodiment of sexual desire. Perfect. And with such a sweet reasoning.
Peter reached out for him, caressed Sylar's forearms and leaned in to kiss him gently, first on the mouth, then his stubble-strewn cheek, then nipping along his jaw towards his chin. Sylar shut his eyes in bliss and made a contented sigh. Peter smiled at him and pulled back. "You like that, right?"
"No, Peter, I only melt inside like that over things I detest."
So sweet, sexy, and tender, then an interjection of humor. This fic is melting my heart.
Peter reached out and took Sylar's hand, which was reluctantly allowed. "I'm going to miss Nathan for the rest of my life. I'm not going to get over it. I'm not going to forget it. I'm not going to pretend it doesn't matter. The same goes for everyone I love, especially you."
Excellent! It's conflicted, complicated, hard to accept, and nothing but the truth. Beautiful.

What I find funny is that Peter gets such a clear freaking affirmation of pleasure and he *still* has to ask! I think he wants the ego stroke of verbal recognition. My muses are so weird sometimes.
Thank you for all your kind words! They mean so much to me. (I suppose I'm not so different from Peter here.)

Poor Sylar. I think if he could he would have Peter's kids, if only for Peter's sake (if Peter wanted them). But being reminded that your partner, in being with you, can't have that option that they might desperately want is never pleasant.
Oh, but he *could* have Peter's kids. It would just require a degree of sacrifice I don't think Sylar is willing to give and Peter would NEVER ask. Nor even think of it. Sylar has assumed a female form before. There's no reason to think his body wouldn't be functional. The problem would lie in maintaining the form for long enough. I don't think he could pull it off. A few days was giving him fits. Six to nine months is just unfathomable.
I really loved the barely-allowed hand-holding. I don't think Sylar enjoys being touched while having any form of a serious ( ... )

And by kids I mean Peter.
(I still like to think that in the future they raised bb!Noah in a cute house with a Pomeranian and waffles.)
