To be honest, I'm not quite sure myself... but I didn't see anything mentioned in the rules against the use of profanity, so I went ahead and posted the original version of your submission. In my other icontest I don't allow such text or imagery, but as I didn't found this community, this is the best I can do for now. Hopefully shikumo can clarify for future decisions and/or any changes that need to be made to the userinfo.
