[Out near the outskirts of town, one gambler is making his not-so-triumphant return. Fortunately, he still has his coat, which helps a great deal with the weather being what it is, but he's clearly not at all in a good shape - he's not so much walking as he is staggering, and he looks, quite frankly, rather rundown

[Terra's out on a walk, just enjoying the winter scenery. She's debating making snow moogles, when a familiar face catches her attention.]

....Setzer?!?

[Cue rushing over.]

[He stops short at the sound of her voice (and nearly topples over into the snow).]

Terra?

[esper_flight]

[She manages to reach him in time, slipping an arm around him.]

Here, I'll get you home. You don't have to walk all the way.

[gamblinghigh]

[Hope she doesn't mind taking most of his weight, then.]

You've my thanks.

[esper_flight]

[She concentrates, then teleports them to the living room. Time to help him over to the couch....]

Here, I'll set you down and heal you. Then you can get some rest.

[gamblinghigh]

[This time, he simply nods. Both of those sound perfectly lovely, and he sinks gratefully onto the couch.]

[She focuses once they're on the couch, sending a couple of Cura spells his way and watching him afterward to see if she needed to give him more after that.]

Do you...do you remember what happened?

[gamblinghigh]

[He's looking distinctly better after the Curas, at least on a physical front. He still looks exhausted, though.]

No. Although I could swear I remember her being there.

[She tilts her head, a little confused.]

...'her'?

[gamblinghigh]

Darill.

[esper_flight]

...oh.

[She felt silly for asking now.]

No, no one's arrived since you were taken.

[gamblinghigh]

[There's a sad little smile at that]

I wouldn't have expected her to be here anyway.

[esper_flight]

You never know...Leo did.

[She stares off for a moment at that, a little melancholy, then focuses on him.]

Do you need anything else?

No, I should be fine.
