gals20in20 Round #01: Info.& Themes!
Let's get started! Here are the rules and info. you need for Round #01!
Welcome to Round #01 ! We have 24 participants this round!
Rules:
- All icons must be newly made for this round & fit LJ standards.
- Submit your entries as a new post to this community.
- If you want to post at your own journal (which is encouraged), post 3 teaser icons and link here.
- Make sure your entry to your icon journal is public until the winners are posted.
- Use the table provided please.
- You may change the colours of course but keep the themes in order.
- Let me know if you want a participation banner when you post your entry. If you don't say if you want one or not, I'll assume you don't.
- I'll be putting in the tags manually after you submit your entry so you don't have to worry about it. ^_^
- Put Round # - your claim in the subject of your entry.
- Everything must be completed by the 20th June 2010 by 11:59 PM in your time zone.
Themes/Categories:
(10) Themes: red carpet, hot, blue, dress, plus one, love/couple, "hold me", texture, smile, candid
(5) Category: Crops
(5) Artist's Choice: this set is up to you!
red carpet: icon must feature your gal on the red carpet! - the carpet itself doesn't have to feature tho' if you'd prefer! - but they have to be ACTUAL red carpet events lsuch as premieres.
blue: interpretation is left up to you - icon can be all blue, or feature the colour somewhere or be the 'mood'
plus one: at lease ONE other person must be present in the icon with your gal!
love/couple: basically means you can imply 'love' of anything (person/object) OR do the gal with her beau (thus, couple) Just name whichever one you choose to do in that section, love OR couple. :D
"hold me": You can either take this text literally and make an icon with the phrase, or just make an icon which has that feel - up to you!
texture: you MUST use this texture (by me!) in your icon:
Crops: your icons can be cropped from the same picture, or feature five crops of five different pictures - go wild!
