I got a Hat-shirt in the mail yesterday, which was also the last thing I was actively waiting on. For five whole minutes I was agog at the thought that I was actually not waiting for any doll stuff to arrive for the first time since, uh, I bought a doll in the first place--then I remembered that Celga is holding onto a couple of doll hats for me.
So close and yet so far.
I should really pony up for Beowulf's new body (and some option hands, yay) soon. I'm sort of half-considering buying the body with a blank Barron or Ryuushin head on it and then selling off the head, since you can't buy those separately yet. I'm probably too lazy to follow through with this plan, but hey, if anybody reading this has a real yen for a BW Barron or Ryuushin head, give me a poke, maybe we can set something up.
I also need to man up and wodge Beowulf into his new Mio jeans to see if they fit properly. Normally when I change doll clothes I like to spread out on the floor and get comfortable, but I had some minor surgery last week and I can't really get down on the floor without my abdomen going 'er scuse me TWANG'. Oh, well. Sooner or later I'll heal up enough to play with dolls again!
Also snagged a Lati Red wig off chiba, for Jack. I haven't yet plunked it onto his wee little noggin, but I should: I think Lati wigs and Iplehouse wigs ought to be pretty much interchangeable. Damn! If only I weren't so lazy!
