Hooray, I got a Nanuri head after all! Normal skin, and in good shape despite it squirting halfway out of its bubblewrap on the way over. The head is neat, but I'm still kind of ambivalent towards it, and I don't really have room to keep dolls that I'm not excited about. Eh. I'll stare at it for a few more days and see if it starts calling to me. I'm really relieved to have the opportunity to try it, in any case. Thank you, Luts!
I like the girl body! It's boobilicious and seems to pose pretty well. (There are random black marks on one foot and a weird sheet of resin hanging from one of its pinky fingers like an extra flap of skin, though. At least this vestigial sixth finger will be easy to file off.)
I have a question for you more Luts-savvy people that may read this, though: is there something special I need to do to get the head onto the little neckpiece? It just won't go, at least not without applying more force than I'm comfortable with and possibly gouging the head's resin. Looking at the neckhole on the head, it looks like there might be enough extra resin still remaining in the hole to keep the head from fitting over the little tab. Augh, I don't want to have to carve that hole deeper by hand. Do I just need to get over my squeamishness and shove?
