Some questions about screencaptures for my flist
Just want to ask what's the acceptable max. amount of caps for an episode.
Usually, I get around 2600-2800 caps without sorting. I set my capture settings relative high to ensure I don't lose any scenes during any kind of action sequences.
Lately, I'm getting tired of sorting caps. I don't have that much time any-more since I started my studies. So, I'm thinking about dropping some of the sorting part.
Usually, when I sort my caps I delete/sort:
- black screens
- credits
- opening/ending 'theme songs'
- still scenes that stretch over several frames
- and the thing that takes most of my time: TALKING & WALKING SCENES. They tend to stretch over 20+ frames and most of them look almost the same. I tend to sort them down to half the size.
I'm thinking about dropping the last one, but I'm concern about the amount of caps when I don't do the last sorting.
What do you think about those amounts: 2600-2800? Too much or it's ok? I do try to limit my counts to under 3000. XD
Lemme know you what any of you thinks. I really have trouble deciding.
