I found this startling poster-reproduction of the legendary Italian silent screen actor Maciste. Bartolomeo Pagano took his screen name of Maciste after the character he played in the 1915 Cabiria. In this 1925 Maciste contro lo sceicco / Maciste versus the Sheik, he is seen lifting the villain of the piece with whom he is in mortal struggle in order to rescue a kidnapped girl. Looks like the poster was put on the market in 1941 or XIX (the 19th year of Italian fascism.)
