HG movies

Through the past few weeks I have watched Four weddings and a funeral, Notting hill, Extreme measures and Bridget Jones diary. The path must be clear by now, hugh huh? The only thing I have to say about the last one listed: I hate her!!! She has blown Hugh Grant off! Couldn't quite believe my eyes when it happened! And for who, for this ridiculous piece of whatever his name is! One day I will find and bloody murder her, and before I do, I shall kindly let her know, why. I mean, it doesn't matter if he is a self confident jerk who cheated on her, he is Hugh Grant and he is allowed to! And I actually quite liked his character in that movie comparing to the weddings&funeral and Notting hill: there he portraits some sniffy romantic undecided idiot, which would be disgusting if he wouldn't look the way he does (or should I say the way he used to back in the 90s? Snap...) Although both movies are mediocre in general, I quite enjoyed them since he is on the screen continuously. If for some reason he is not on the screen for two seconds, be sure the third second you will be delighted. And this is something I can watch forever regardless of the plot, scenario etc. BJ diary is a total disappointment: having Hugh Grant in the cast they feed you with some fat cow instead for the entire running time, shame on them! Finally, as a film about a lonely woman in her thirties, BJ diary has got nothing on Young Adult. That one is an incredible movie, and the end is really a relief, even though it's not happy, with no kisses, new diaries and other sweet shit. In general I think all three (the funeral, NH and BJD) are overly romantic. Extreme Measures beats them surely. It's a really cool medical thriller, Hugh Grant looks well in a doctor's dress, they don't make the mistake of removing him from the screen for more then two seconds... Plus this is the only movie among the listed where I actually like his character. Another nice thing: there is no romance at all in that film, despite Jessica Parker being an american actress:) Overall Extreme Measures really is worth watching!

Accepting suggestions for other Grant movies.
