Pop Culture Overload...
Today I def OD on pop culture...
I started off when I got home from work watching America's Sweethearts. Seriously, effing love that movie. Nothing like John Cusack having psychotic breakdowns and trying to kill Hank Azaria...Good Flick man...
Anyway after that Best Week Ever, which always gives me a nice pop culture buzz, but as I was already kinda drunk from the America's Sweethearts I was like WHOAH POP CULTURE!
And then as if my dorkiness was not enough I then watched The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen which is totally one of those really really unintentionally funny movies...let me explain the premise to you. Alan Quaterain, some chick from Dracula, Captain Nemo, The Invisible Man, Jekyll/Hyde, Dorian Gray and Tom Sawyer try to save a group of European Leaders from being blown up by the Phantom of the Opera...who is actually Moriarty from the Sherlock Holmes stories disguised as the Phantom of the Opera. Yea, I'm serious this is the plot of the movie...I suggest watching it, its a very special experience.
After Church I watched VH1 for a while which will add to the pop culture ness no matter what. Then watched THAT 70s SHOW THS!!!! AHHHH!!! Did you know that Mila Kunis was 14 in season 1!!!! OMG you learn so much about celebrities when you watch E! Anyway then So NoTORIous, and now sleep!
