Dinner party
Since my parents flew to Thailand for 10 days to celebrate their 30th anniversary, Miri decided that she wants to cook dinner for friday night for the rest of us (i.e my sisters & my brother-in-low's mom & sister who currently have no kitchen, since they just moved). Total of seven people.
Miri took recipes from her mom and from her friend (the one who cooked us our engagmenet dinner party), and we were on our way to a glorious night.
First, there was shopping, which we made thursday after i came home from work. we hates shopping.
Then friday morning we got up and started to work. first she started with the deserts, while i went for some last minute shopping. when i got back, i took upon myself to make the potato Levivot, while Miri sarted withthe chicken.
Later, we sat to clean the chicken liver.
There were also egg, mayonase & lettuce salads, rice, beans, pasta + souce, and some more.
It was all absolutely delicious, and i'm not just saying it. it was really yammy.
It's the first time Miri really cooked for me (instead of just making toast or pizza and the like) and i'm happy with the results.
