Uberhood: Ramirez
Hi :)
Although they were not very boring, I only played the Ramirez for 2 sim weeks and "hurried" a little bit their life :P
Basically, Checo had a flood in his store which made him give up business industry and Bluewater Village. After selling their house and with the insurance money on their pockets, the Ramirez moved to Belladonna Cove to start over (and to be closer to the best private school on region so Tessa could have the best education possible).
Tessa is a great student and their parents like to spoil her with everything she wants...like, a puppy!

She soon began to express the wish to go to college so, after her parents birthdays, she apply for scholarships and moved out...
...leaving Checo and Lisa to their love for each other (and Rammy) :)
