Uberhood: Specter and Smith, The Black and Green!

Today, two families in one post. I didn't played them much but, I would like to share some pictures anyway :)
Specter
Olive, oh Olive!..My boring not-so-nice dark old lady! She is not nice at all...
...the only nice thing she did during my visit was preventing Ophelia's death!
They say sims who pass by Olive's house tend to never be seen again so, after this episode, Ophelia packed her bags and went to college (but she still sends emails to her aunt once in a while because she cares).
Here's Olive contemplating her "garden". It's growing..and growing...
She likes to spend her mornings sitting there and, thinking about what she would like to do...
...Zombies?!? Really? I don't think so! I'll just show your house and then leave..Thank you!

Smith
In my game, the "yellow house with green lawn in the desert" is like this:
Unlike most "simers", I don't like aliens and, all this PT9's big family mixed up with Curious clan is to much for me...but, I had to give the Smiths a try (mostly because I sympathize with Jill..and because this is the Uberhood :P)
The welcome wagon brought the "nice old lady" from around the corner, who enjoys making fun of PT's green fat belly (her words!)...
...and, the "nice old man from Pleasantview" who insists TV is much more fun than darts! (rip Herb!)
...sometimes is better be alone PT!
Here's Jill! She is such a cool kid (imo)...
...she even whats to be friend of herself! How cool is that?! :P
PT loves his little girl :)
Johnny is a "music and dance" guy...He likes to "mooovee"!
He also likes to make friends. Violet really loves to beat him on SXX3 but,
...apparently the time Johnny spends with her is not enough!
(This message appeared during a "talk" and after they spend long time together so, I thought it was strange...)
Then it was time for a cake because PT's little gril was growing up :P
Your party was a disaster??! Don't worry, there's allways homework to cheer you up!! ;)
Next day, family spent some quality time together...

With Johnny at college, PT had more time to spend with his "little girl" and, had funny conversations about teen love.
But before PT notice, Jill "run" to college too and, it was time to bake another cake...
...yes, another party!
Jenny needs some love too in this post!
(She was a little bit boring...Sorry Jenny fans!)
Jenny inveted all Smith/Curious to her big day :)
And after the party, it was time to some LOVE!
This is my cue to leave the Smith's house ;)
