Man o man, is Eli awesome or what?
The fed ex person loves me. He/she brought me the best cd :)
It's funny -- It was my original intent to get this cd right when it came out. However, Christian artists' records are not the post popular, so I decided to buy it online from a place that I figured would have it quickly: Christianbooks.com ... well, I decided to get a second cd at the same time so that I can kinda sway the shipping costs in my favor :). I got Caedmon's Call - 40 Acres.
However, when the shipping confirmation e-mail came in, only CC was listed...no eli?! :(
As it happens, when I was in florida, I got a second shipipng e-mail telling me it was on its way. However, the weekend decided to barge in and therefore stop the cd from arriving as quickly as I had hoped. It's here now, however, which makes me a happy boy. I might write more about it later if i find it to be absolutely magnificent. I like what I've heard so far though :)
I got my microphone working correctly too. Thanks to my cathy, it works very well. This should save some money with phone calls :).
I went to BJs and did the shopping/oil change thing. But I have WAY too much work to do for tomorrow, and WAY too little time to do it.
I suppose it's time to put the journal aside and get to work. I feel much better, though. This was a nice vacation... I could deal with this sort of break in the action every year :)
