lazy mornings
It's the long weekend - Happy Thanksgiving, to the Canucks out there. I know it's not until Monday, but it's the weekend now, so I can call it Thanksgiving if I want to. =P
I think I'm finally catching up on sleep - of course, my 2 1/2 year old alarm clock got into bed with me around 7:00 this morning, but I managed to keep her in bed for a while before the "I want to go downstairs" chant started. I've been catching up on reading my F-page, and reading in general this morning. Maybe later today I can catch up on TV...Bones, CSI & NUMB3Rs are all waiting for me.
I've got some bread on the go - love the bread machine - and my DH just put coffee on. Apparently he needed as much (or more!) sleep as I did, because he only just came downstairs now.
Later, after coffee, I am going to do some shopping. I need to get frames for some of the portraits we took of Sonja this summer, so I can give them to my Dad & Grandpa for their respective birthday presents. Dad's birthday was yesterday, Grandpa's is today, and we're all having supper at my parents' house tonight for the birthdays & Thanksgiving. Sunday, another dinner at my IL's house, and Sonja is staying over, so maybe Monday I can sleep in some more.
