Asch the Bloody
"Wow, Asch! I just realized that you're actually really nice!"
Even before actually meeting him, Anise already had a great deal of (then-grudging) respect for the God-General Asch the Bloody. Her perspective on him has changed quite a bit, since then. He's got a lot of issues, so she can see why he can be such a grouchyface all the time, but she knows that he isn't a bad guy at all. He has a good heart somewhere there, so she has no qualms of teasing the poor guy.
It's hilariously easy to get under his skin, but for all her trolling - well, she just wants to get a smile out of him every once in a while, and hopes to get to know him a bit better. (if you want to romanticize it, anyway. She's still a troll at heart, and Asch is an easy target!)

Dist the Reaper
Anise thinks Dist is a weird one - but then, who doesn't? Creepy, obnoxiously loud and just downright strange... and yet, out of all the God-Generals, she's always thought of him as the least dangerous, mostly because of that strange 'friendship' (if you can call it that) that they formed when she first started out in the Order. They may not always get along, but truthfully, Anise is never going to forget how he stood up for her against those mean older Guardians (even if he'd never admit it ever), or that it's thanks to him that she even has Tokunaga to date.
Here in Luceti, he doesn't exactly pose much of a threat, so there's a part of her that may or may not be wondering if their dysfunctional little relationship could be salvaged. Living under the same roof has proved that it can be a bit of a challenge to be civil with the man, and they do argue when she isn't trolling him. But he really is a nice guy, deep down, and learning that he was responsible for saving Nephry's life in that quake has changed her perspective of him quite significantly.

Gelda Nebilim
Anise hasn't heard very much about Miss Gelda. All she knows is that she was once teacher to the Colonel, Nephry, His Majesty and Dist, and that they all loved her very much. And she can see why - the Professor is kind and patient, and actually pretty fun for a teacher! She's quite motherly, and even if she and Anise aren't particularly close, it isn't lost on Anise that the Professor takes the time to watch out for her and make the effort to check on Anise whenever she can.

"Guy! ♥ You can propose to me any time! ♥"
Ah, Guy. He's friendly, he's honest, he's got such a way with and around girls, and he always knows just what to say to Anise. Guy is an important friend, and is pretty much the awesome big brother Anise never had. With their friends coming and going as much as they do in Luceti, Guy is one of those who have been around through it all, and she finds herself gravitating back to him whenever she gets a little homesick. She'll never admit it, but she appreciates how he takes what she says seriously, and how he doesn't treat her all that differently, just because she's a bit younger than everyone else in their little group.
Guy listens to what she has to say, and gives advice that can be hard to hear, but useful in the end. He's always looking out for her, gynophobia or not, and she's thankful for that. Even brave little girls need saving once in a while, and though she can sometimes be a little too proud, well. As long as Guy's doing the saving, she really doesn't mind.

Anise absolutely adores the Colonel. He's smart, he's cool, he's powerful, he's so much fun (to troll with) and he always seems to know what to do… She trusts his judgment (even if he says creepy things, sometimes) and probably values his opinion the most out of everyone she knows.
Near hero-worship aside, Anise knows that there is a darker side to the Colonel, and that he is definitely far from the perfection that she usually makes him out to be. He has quite a bit of baggage behind him, but she admires how he can keep up such a strong front, all the time. They're alike in that sense, and they get along surprisingly well despite the twenty-odd years between them. They also make a terribly good team-up.

Nephry Osborne

Anise's relationship with Nephry is somewhat a pleasant surprise. Nephry tends to be a little too serious too often, works a lot and likes to pretend she's okay even when she's not... But the way she's always looking out for and taking care of her isn't lost on Anise. And despite Anise's best efforts to insist that she can take care of herself just fine, she's found that it's close to impossible to not have Nephry taking care of her, anyway.
Anise has to wonder if all the genuinely nice genes completely skipped the Colonel and went straight to her. Nephry is one of the few who have seen Anise at her most vulnerable here in Luceti - they've been through quite a lot together, after all - and she's okay with that. They've formed a curious little relationship and take care of each other because apparently, they're kind of stubborn and can't take care of themselves. Plus, she makes the most amazing hot cocoa you ever did see. ♥

Simon the Digger

Simon is, by far, one of the most important friends that Anise has made in Luceti. He is friendly, sweet without even trying and so genuinely nice that she can't help but like him... And like him a lot. She isn't quite sure if he like-likes her back (even if she's been dropping anvil-sized hints at him for freaking ever), and although that is a little frustrating and perhaps the slightest bit disheartening, she's actually perfectly okay with where they stand now.
He's a lot of fun to hang out with, easy to get along with, adorably shy and could use a confidence boost or two (or five), but he has been there to make her smile and has had a hug ready for her, every time she finds herself down. And Anise is glad to do the same for him.

Sokka
Sokka had been a neighbor - she first met the guy after one of her kidnappings, and he had helped her back to her own house. Sokka has moved clear across town since then, but that doesn't stop her from going out of her way to bug him occasionally. He takes her teasing with a grain of salt, and is generally a fun guy to be with. He's proven to be a good friend, too, and has gone out of his way to make sure she's okay when she's a little down.
Honey
Honey was of the first friends Anise made in Luceti - she was pleasantly surprised to find that they weren't all that different at all. With a penchant for all things cute, pink and strawberry flavored - she and Honey (and Tokunaga and Usa-chan!) get along spectacularly. He's got that natural charm that makes it very easy to like and get along with him. She still hasn't (and probably will never) get used to the idea that he's actually six whole years older than her, but she'll be damned if she'd let that get in the way of their friendship.
Karol
Anise and Karol were paired up in one of the local school's more memorable projects. They hit it off rather well - and not to mention totally aced that project, natch. Since then, the two have become good friends - Anise finds his many quirks amusing, but generally fun to hang out with.
Shiki
If you want to be technical about things, Anise and Shiki only met up because of their two giant cat(like) plush toys that pack a punch. Anise thinks Shiki is the epitome of cool - she's pretty, she's neat, she seems to have a ton of guy friends, and she's so fashionable! She's glad they get along like they do, and that she can count on Shiki whenever she needs a hand - be it for a fashion emergency or, you know, a real kind.
Regal
Regal is a good friend of Nephry's, and is Miss Gelda's significant other. Anise doesn't really speak with him all that much, but he did save her life back when the Hunter mauled her wings in the Halloween of 2009. If it weren't for his strength and handy healing artes, she would've been dead and gone - Anise will never forget that. Regal's a big guy, with an even bigger heart, and Anise hopes that she'll one day to get to know him a little better, and somehow repay him for what he's done for her. (and she hasn't even found out the fortune he's made back on his home world, either--)
Emil
Emil is another easy target! She's amused at how easy it is to get him flustered, and she finds his shyness pretty adorable, if amusing. He's refreshingly genuine, and for all his timidness, he's a good friend anyway - and doesn't hesitate to make sure that his friends are all right. And Anise can appreciate that.
Taokaka
Tao is one of the stranger people Anise has met in Luceti - but that is A-OK because Tao is super cute and lots of fun to be with and gives soft and fluffy hugs and best of all, looks a lot like Tokunaga! Hanging out with Tao has proved to be a worthwhile thing. She's friendly and affectionate, and has been there to make Anise smile, even when Ion's sudden departure from Luceti got her down.
Caesar Silverberg
Caesar is lots of fun to rile up. He's a no-nonsense kind of guy that is easy to troll, which Anise has abused, literally since the day she met him. She recognizes that he's actually become a pretty important guy around the village, something she can't get her head around because. it's Caesar. She trolls him, he freaks out, but he has yet to blow up on her.
Ciel Phantomhive

Nami
After the early August quake, Anise spent a night at the Strawhat house, in Nami's room, under the older girl's careful care. Nami is a friend of Guy's, and is really nice, to boot. Anise hopes to for more chances to get to know the older girl more.
Shirayuki
Shirayuki is very nice and polite, unassuming but very pleasant. This would seem normal, except it… really isn't. Anise likes how quietly nice Shirayuki is - it's what got her to befriend the then-New Feather, anyway. Shirayuki stood out among Luceti's many, noisy and loud newcomers, which drew Anise to help the older girl out.
Kamina
Anise and Kamina don't always get along. He's loud, brash, rude, impulsive and annoying. She's loud, sometimes-impulsive, and annoying. More often than not, talking to the guy results in shouting of some sort - she has to try really hard to be patient with him. But she tries anyway - he's a really important person to Simon, so he can't be all that bad. He's loud and irritating and just so weird, but she knows he's a good guy. She's just working on tolerating him, that's all.
Kida Masaomi
Kida is a charmer, a natural ladies' man. Anise is a sucker for such types, loves the attention he oozes for her (and for any girl), especially since there doesn't seem to be any malice behind it at all. He's super friendly and very energetic and does not mind that Anise actually gamely flirts right back at him. It's a relationship from hell, but it's a fun one!
