bitter sweet

that's all i have to say

first it was bitter
and then as the day progressed it got sweeter
it was long but better
and then as it wound down it got bitter
but much sweeter because so
and then slowly it got even sweeter
until overwhelming bitterness
and then a touch of sweet
a dash and a cup
and then bitter when i got here.
