French cuisine.

A long time I don't put anything about typical gastronomy of countries, today going to be French cousine.

French cuisine is a style of cooking originating from France, that has developed from centuries of social and political change.
There are many dishes that are considered part of the nation's national cuisine today. Many come from haute cuisine in the fine-dining realm, but others are regional dishes that have become a norm across the country.

On all typical French dishes  I like more that are based in foie gras with jam.

Nothing a couple of scallops left over foie Saturday, the smaller, uniform pieces. Not going to throw. Total marked on the plate, round and round, with pine nuts and presented at the plate with a salted croutons and strawberry jam. A little Maldon salt and a bite to taste fantastic.
Ingredients: . escalope de foie gras fresh extra . about 50 grams. pine nuts . a savory croutons for garnish . strawberry jam
