my sister got me a beer brewing book for xmas. so last week i went out and bought a kit from a place in woburn and then i put the wort together on sunday before the superbowl. it seems pretty similar to wine though it takes considerable less time (fermentation is only a few days vs months for wine). it also smells a lot worse. so now i have a happy little plastic bucket in my kitchen closet with happy little yeasties getting the love on.
